Most people that come to the convention come as players. You can sign up for anything between 1 and 13 sessions of gaming over the 4 days that the convention runs. Conquest includes boardgames, card games, miniature wargames, roleplaying games and special events.
All the events at Conquest are supplied by congoers who have decided to volunteer their time and efforts towards providing events for the convention. Six months before the convention starts, event submission opens and enthused people let the con know the sorts of games or events they would like to run.
HelpConquest is always thankful for any help that people offer - helpers are needed to supplement the organising committee during the convention. Whether its serving in the canteen or signing folks up at the registration desk, even a few hours help is appreciated. For more information, please contact us.

None of these are exclusive - a particularly keen congoer might run a freeform roleplaying event in two sessions, play four sessions, and help out in the canteen for two sessions.
